Access to Output Files. OPRE will provide authorized users access to the data that OPRE has downloaded to the authorized folder on the secure ADRF server. OPRE must obtain authority for users to access the ADRF network, identify the individuals authorized to access the information, and ensure that users have Virtual Private Network access if needed. The authorized users must access, analyze, and store the de-identified NDNH comparison results and pass-through data solely within the authorized folder. The authorized users may copy and move the information or data only within the authorized folder. Uses or linkages other than those specified in this agreement in support of the authorized research purpose are prohibited. OPRE must ensure that authorized users conducting analyses using the information have no access to the identifiable input files within the ADRF. OPRE will periodically monitor the contents of the authorized folder on the secure ADRF server to ensure information remains de-identified and otherwise monitor procedures, output, and access. OPRE may not write the results of the research analysis, statistical, aggregate (tabulated) de-identified data, anywhere except to the secure ADRF server. OPRE will review the tabulated research analysis to ensure that the data is not re-identifiable. Once OPRE has e reviewed the tabulated research analysis, OPRE may move, copy, or print the tabulated research analysis from the secure ADRF server. OPRE is prohibited from placing, or causing to be placed, any information disclosed pursuant to this agreement on a public use file.

  • Access to Files 12.01 A copy of any completed evaluation which is to be placed in a nurse's file shall be first reviewed with the nurse. The nurse shall initial such evaluation as having been read and shall have the opportunity to add views to such evaluation prior to it being placed in a file. Each nurse shall have reasonable access to the file for the purposes of reviewing any evaluations or formal disciplinary notations contained therein in the presence of the supervisor. A copy of the evaluation will be provided to the nurse at the nurse's request.

  • Access to File 12.01 An employee shall upon written request, made a reasonable time before the time of viewing, have an opportunity to view their personnel file in the presence of the Director of Human Resources or their designate. The information the employee may review will be:
