Common use of Accessing Paid Personal Leave Clause in Contracts

Accessing Paid Personal Leave. (a) Subject to the requirements of sub-clauses 84.6 and 84.7 (notice and documentation requirements) an employee is entitled to access paid personal leave up to a maximum of his or her accrued personal leave entitlement.
