Accident or Illness Away From Messiah Village. In the event Resident suffers an accident or illness while away from Messiah Village, and Resident relies on health care and support services available in the area where the accident or illness occurred, Resident’s health insurance or other personal resources available to Resident must be used for payment for such services.

  • Industrial Accident and Illness Leave Section 44984 of the Education Code is supplemented as follows:
