Common use of Accommodation and Other Expenses Clause in Contracts

Accommodation and Other Expenses. Actual accommodation expenses and other directly associated business expenses incurred by an employee, while on assigned duty at a location other than the College campus to which they are normally assigned, will be reimbursed upon presentation of appropriate receipts. Any anticipated extraordinary business expenses shall be subject to prior approval by the VP Academic/delegate.
