Accommodation, Incidentals & Meals. If an employee is required to be absent overnight on official SHS business, the employee is entitled to be paid, before undertaking the travel, for incidentals and meals specified at 23.6.2 and 23.6.3. Under normal circumstances, Sunrise Health Service will book accommodation on behalf of its employees. Where such bookings do not occur and an employee is required to be absent overnight on official business, the employee will be reimbursed with monies for appropriate hotel/motel accommodation as per the following rates: Location Rate per night Darwin $216.00 All Other Capital Cities $188.00 Provincial Cities/ Towns Australia Wide $184.00 Where accommodation and/or meals are supplied at no cost to the employee who is required to be absent overnight on official business, those components of travel allowance will not be paid to the employee. Employees who have resided in one location for a period of 21 days will be paid an allowance equal to the amount expended on accommodation, meals and incidentals, or an amount which the CEO considers to be reasonable in the circumstances. .

  • Accommodation The Parents and Student agree that no changes to accommodation arrangements will be made without the prior written agreement of the School.

  • Travel No expenses for travel will be reimbursed unless specifically authorized by this Contract.   • Meals Meals charged to the School District should represent mid-fare selections for the hotel/meeting facility or general area, consistent with the maximum allowable reimbursement amount set by the Board. Tips are included with meal charges. Expense forms must explain the meal charges incurred. Alcoholic beverages will not be reimbursed.

  • DISABILITY ACCOMMODATIONS State does not discriminate on the basis of disability in admission to, access to, or operations of its programs, services, or activities. Individuals who need aids, alternative document formats, or services for effective communications or other disability related accommodations in the programs and services offered are invited to make their needs and preferences known to this office.   • FARES AND TRAVELLING ALLOWANCE In lieu of the basic daily excess fares and travel pattern allowance prescribed by Clause 38.1.1 of the award, a payment per day shall be made for each day worked (including RDO’s). This payment shall in no way limit or be construed as a payment in substitution for any other entitlement arising under Clause 38 of the award. Payments shall be as follows: ⮚ 1/3/03 $22.50 per day ⮚ 1/3/04 $23.40 per day ⮚ 1/3/05 $24.55 per day The cost of Citylink tolls or similar will be reimbursed for those employees who are required by the company to use their own vehicle during working hours, but not for travel to and from work.

  • Moving a. You must give us at least forty-five (45) days’ advance notice before you move and tell us your new address. If the new location is within a territory we serve, we will amend this Contract to apply to your new location. Any interruption in supply of Energy or services caused by your failure to give us forty-five (45) days’ notice and any additional costs we incur in serving the new location will be your responsibility. b. If you move out of Alberta or to a territory we do not serve, then on the date of your move, this Contract will end without liability to either of us. c. If we cannot supply electricity to your new location for any other reason (including that a third party supplies you with electricity), this Contract, as it applies to electricity will end and we may charge you the Early Exit Fee.
