Common use of Accomplished School Counselors Clause in Contracts

Accomplished School Counselors. 1. The Board of Education shall evaluate a school counselor who received a final summative rating of Accomplished on his/her most recent evaluation once every three school years so long as the metric of student outcomes is Skilled or higher on the Evaluation Rubric. During the year in which the school counselor is not fully evaluated, the Board of Education shall conduct at least one observation and one conference. The observation(s) must occur during a time(s) where non-confidential activities are scheduled so no breach in confidentiality occurs.
