Accrual of Healthcare Leave. 1. During the first three (3) years of employment, an employee shall earn .0347 hours of healthcare leave with pay for each paid hour in a regularly scheduled workweek or period to a maximum of eighty (80) hours in a pay period (approximately seventy-two [72] hours per year).
