Common use of Accrual of PTO Clause in Contracts

Accrual of PTO. A. PTO Plan days begin accruing on the first day of employment. Full-time employees accrue on the basis of recorded employment status and the length of service. Part-time employees accrue on the basis of hours paid or recorded employment status (whichever is the greatest), not to exceed eighty (80) hours per pay period and their length of service. B.
