Accrued Benefits - Paid Leaves. An employee on sick leave and/or Workers Compensation, shall be eligible for holiday pay and shall be entitled to normal accruals for sick leave and vacation during any month in which the employee actually performs services. However, an employee shall not be eligible for holiday pay or accrual of sick leave or vacation during the month that the employee does not perform services because of absence on paid sick leave or during the entire month the employee is being compensated by Workers Compensation or long term disability.
