Boiler License. Any custodian or maintenance worker possessing a valid low pressure stationary steam boiler license as of July 1, 2014 who was employed by the Board of Education at that time, shall be paid $.20 per hour in addition to his regular rate upon assignment by the Superintendent.
Boiler License. ACA members who have a current Special Boilers License shall be paid an additional $.40 per hour. Those with a Second Class Boiler License or higher will receive up to $1.00 per hour for the duration of this Agreement. Section 12. Night Lead Position Will follow Grade 10 on Pay Scale
Boiler License. The School District will pay the following rate per hour over basic schedule for hold the boiler license. 2020-2022 Chief $ .40 1st Class $ .30 2nd Class $ .20 The District reserves the right to determine the number of employees receiving the premium pay for Chief Boiler License based upon District need. Therefore, to receive premium pay for a Chief Boiler License, the employee must request and receive District approval prior to securing the Chief Boiler License or the District will be under no obligation to pay the employee the premium.
Boiler License. Head Custodians who have a Second Class Boiler License shall be paid an additional $1.00 per hour. Head Custodians who have a First Class Boiler License shall be paid an additional $1.40 per hour.

Boiler License. The Board will provide a reimbursement for the cost of a boiler license renewal to any custodian holding such license. Reimbursement will be made upon proper verification to be provided by the custodian. At the option of the Board, payment may be made by the Board directly to the licensing agency along with the proper renewal application forms.
Boiler License. The School District shall pay the cost of renewal for a boiler license each year when the School District requires the employee to maintain a boiler license as a requirement for his/her job.
Boiler License. Each custodial employee of the Association shall obtain a license as directed by the Business Administrator and at the expense of the Board of Education. Custodians attending boiler license school will do so without loss of pay, provided they comply with reasonable travel time allowances as established by the Administration. Such travel shall be eligible for mileage reimbursement.
Boiler License. 1) Employees who are required by the Authority to maintain a Black Seal Boiler License shall be paid a stipend of $350 during the month of November each year upon proof of renewal of license.
Boiler License. All eligible employees covered under this agreement will receive a $500.00 annual stipend in year 2005-2006 and an annual stipend of $750.00 in years 2006-2007 and 2007-2008 for the possession of each of the following licenses; electrical, pesticide and boiler license. Eligible employees defined as follows:
1) Employee must have a current boiler license as of July 1st of the School Year
2) Boiler license must be on display in Monmouth Regional High School
3) Employees who have received payment for attending class to obtain a boiler license will not receive payment of this stipend during the first year of their eligibility.
4) All full time custodial and building maintenance employees hired after July 1, 2005 must attain Black Seal License within two years of their hire date.
