Accumulated Days. i) Employees hired prior to January 1, 2009 Sick leave allowance to which an employee becomes entitled but does not use during each school year shall be accumulated to a maximum of two hundred (20) days. ii) Employees hired after January 1, 2009 Sick leave allowance to which an employee becomes entitled but does not use during each school year shall be accumulated to a maximum of one hundred seventy-five (175) days.
