Common use of Accumulated Sick Leave Balances Clause in Contracts

Accumulated Sick Leave Balances. All regularly appointed teachers shall have full days sick leave as provided in section 4-1 hereinabove added to any accumulated balance now held by the teacher, except that no teacher shall accrue more than one hundred fifty (150) full-pay sick leave days.

Accumulated Sick Leave Balances. All regularly appointed teachers shall have the full days and half-days sick leave as provided in section sections 4-1 and 4-2 hereinabove added to any accumulated balance now held by the teacher, except that no teacher shall accrue more than one hundred fifty (150) fullfull pay- sick leave days and two hundred (200) half-pay sick leave days.
