Accumulated Unused Vacation Days. Upon the Business Administrator/Board Secretary’s separation from employment with the District or retirement from employment with the District, the Board will pay all unused, accumulated vacation days earned while an employee of the Board, in accordance with law. Payment shall be calculated at the rate of 1/260th of the Business Administrator/Board Secretary’s annual salary at the time of separation or retirement from employment. Payment by the Board to the Business Administrator/Board Secretary for his unused vacation days shall be made within 30 days of his separation or retirement from employment.
