Accumulation of Seniority and salary increases during leave. All leave granted under this parental leave clause shall be counted for the calculation of: i) salary increases for up to an aggregate total of 78 weeks ii) seniority accumulation for up to an aggregate total of 78 weeks.

For the purposes of calculating seniority accumulation for an Employee, other than a permanent full-time, shall be on the basis of the total number of hours worked in the six (6) months prior to the beginning of the leave.
