Common use of Accumulation of Time Off in Lieu of Overtime Clause in Contracts

Accumulation of Time Off in Lieu of Overtime. Employees may accumulate overtime compensation from each incidence of overtime for up to a twelve month period in order to provide time off with pay. Such time must be taken within three months of the end of the twelve-month period at a time mutually agreed in writing between the supervisor and the employee.
