Open Communication. The Board and the Association recognize that they are both involved in the process of educating the students of the Park Hill School District and, therefore, both parties commit themselves to open communications between the two parties. Open Communication. The Guild and Agent shall use reasonable efforts to have regular communication concerning the parties’ performance of their obligations under this Agreement, and will use reasonable efforts at amicably resolving any dispute concerning the application of the terms of this Agreement. The Guild and Agent may also from time to time meet for the purpose of discussing improvements to the administration of the Agreement.
