Common use of Accumulative Sick Days Clause in Contracts

Accumulative Sick Days. At the beginning of each contract year, a full-time employee shall be credited with twelve (12) days sick leave allowance. Part-time custodians, matrons and van drivers shall be credited with three (3) days sick leave allowance. The unused portion of such allowance shall accumulate from year to year.
