Common use of ACF Holidays, Sick Leave and Personal Leave Clause in Contracts

ACF Holidays, Sick Leave and Personal Leave. 1. Each Annually Contracted Faculty member is eligible for the paid holidays, as described in the College operations manual, that fall within his/her annual contract period. 2. Annually Contracted Faculty members are eligible for sick leave, personal leave, and vacation days as described below. Faculty members needing to use leave days or vacation days shall fill out requisite forms according to official College procedures. a. Annually Contracted Instructors are eligible for ten (10) days of sick leave and three (3) days of personal leave during each contract year. b. Annually Contracted Coordinators are eligible for ten (10) days of sick leave, five (5) days of personal leave, and ten (10) vacation days during each contract year.
