If the bargaining unit member refuses to sign such document(s), a witness will be asked to sign that the unit member has received such document(s) but refused to sign for receipt. Receipt of such document(s) does not indicate agreement with the content of the document(s).
34.2.3.1 Service of the documents to the bargaining unit member may occur by utilizing U.S. Mail Certified, return receipt requested, Federal Express, or a process server to transmit true copies of documents, in addition to personal service.
