Common use of Acquainting New Employees Clause in Contracts

Acquainting New Employees. (a) New employees shall be advised of the name of the employee's xxxxxxx and/or Local 79 representative and provided with an introduction within the first thirty (30) days of employment. 22.01 (b) The xxxxxxx or a Local 79 Representative, as the case may be, shall be allowed fifteen (15) minutes to meet with the new employee at times mutually acceptable to the xxxxxxx or Local 79 Representative, as the case may be, and the employee’s immediate supervisor.
