Common use of Acting House Supervisor Clause in Contracts

Acting House Supervisor. Any nurse designated to be an “acting house supervisor” by the Hospital shall receive a premium of $3.00 per hour when working in this capacity.

Acting House Supervisor. 15 Any nurse designated to be an “acting house supervisor” or other 16 administration position by the Hospital shall receive the greater of either (a) a 17 premium of four dollars ($3.00 4.00) three dollars ($3.00) per hour when working 18 in this capacity or (b) the minimum rate of pay applicable to the position when 19 working in this capacity.
