Should any action(s) by the Employee Relations Board prior to the expiration of this MOU result in any significant changes to the composition of this Unit, Management and the Association will meet as soon as possible to consider any revisions or amendments thereto that may be required to ensure that the interests of newly acquired employees to this Unit are protected.
