ACTIVATE YOUR CARD PRIOR TO USING IT. To activate your Card, you must accept the cardholder agreement and set your Personal Identification Number ("PIN"). We may refuse to activate your Card at our sole discretion. Where applicable, once you activate a Replacement Card, the money on your replaced Instant Issue Card will be automatically transferred to your new Replacement Card, and you will no longer be able to use the replaced Instant Issue Card.

ACTIVATE YOUR CARD PRIOR TO USING IT. To activate your Card, you must download the Rellevate App (Available at Apple Store or Google Play) or visit xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx using a web browser. Go to the Rellevate App and follow the instructions. We may refuse to activate your Card at our sole discretion. You can setup a PIN with your Card by calling the Toll-Free number on the back of the card at 1-877-377-38. You should not write or keep your PIN with your Card. Never share your PIN with anyone. When entering your PIN, be sure it cannot be observed by others and do not enter your PIN into any terminal that appears to be modified or suspicious. If you believe that anyone has gained unauthorized access to your PIN, you should advise us immediately following the procedures in the paragraph labeled “Your Liability for Unauthorized Transfers.” You are responsible for notifying us of any change in your name, physical address, phone number, mailing address, or email address. Requests for address or name changes may be subject to additional verification requirements. You can change this information by calling 0.000.000.0000. We will attempt to communicate with you only by use of the most recent contact information you have provided to us. You agree that any notice or communication sent to you at an address noted in our records shall be effective unless we have received an address change notice from you. We cannot accept responsibility for any email messages not received by you, or for any delay in the receipt or delivery of any email notifications. If you make your email account available to any other individual, you agree that you are responsible for any release of your Card Account information to such individual. You are responsible for all authorized transactions initiated and fees incurred by use of your Card. If you permit another person to have access to your Card or Card number we will treat this as if you have authorized such use and you will be liable for all transactions and fees incurred by those persons. You are wholly responsible for the use of each Card according to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

  • Using Your Card You understand that the use of your credit card or credit card account will constitute acknowledgement of receipt and agreement to the terms of the Credit Card Agreement and Credit Card Account Opening Disclosure (Disclosure). You may use your card to make purchases from merchants and others who accept your card. The credit union is not responsible for the refusal of any merchant or financial institution to honor your card. If you are permitted to obtain cash advances on your account, you may also use your card to purchase instruments and engage in transactions that we consider the equivalent of cash. Such transactions will be posted to your account as cash advances and include, but are not limited to, wire transfers, money orders, bets, lottery tickets, and casino gaming chips, as applicable. This paragraph shall not be interpreted as permitting or authorizing any transaction that is illegal.

  • Know Your Customer Information The Administrative Agent shall have received at least three Business Days prior to the Closing Date all documentation and other information about the Borrower as has been reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent at least 10 Business Days prior to the Closing Date that is required by regulatory authorities under applicable “know your customer” and anti-money laundering rules and regulations, including without limitation the USA PATRIOT Act.

  • FORMAT AND CONTENT FOR REGISTRY OPERATOR MONTHLY REPORTING Registry Operator shall provide one set of monthly reports per gTLD, using the API described in draft-­‐xxxxxx-­‐icann-­‐registry-­‐interfaces, see Specification 2, Part A, Section 9, reference 5, with the following content. ICANN may request in the future that the reports be delivered by other means and using other formats. ICANN will use reasonable commercial efforts to preserve the confidentiality of the information reported until three (3) months after the end of the month to which the reports relate.
