Additional License Fee. As partial consideration for the license granted to COMPANY with respect to the 2014 Patent Application, COMPANY shall pay LICENSOR a license fee in the amount of fifteen thousand ($15,000) Dollars within thirty (30) days of the First Amendment Effective Date.
Additional License Fee. If HOC installs in HOC Properties the ---------------------- Minimum, HOC shall be eligible to receive an additional license fee ("Additional ---------- License Fee") of up to [] payable in MIKN Shares. The share price for ----------- determining the number of MIKN Shares deliverable to HOC as the Additional License Fee shall be the lower of (i) the Initial Market Price, and (ii) the average of the high and low price of MIKN Shares on the NASDAQ National Market System on the last trading day immediately prior to the date the Additional License Fee, or any installment thereof, becomes payable. Additional License Fee. Licensee also shall pay to LMI an additional license fee every month during the term of this Agreement (the “Additional License Fee”) calculated in accordance with Exhibit G. Any Additional License Fee shall be due and payable as set forth in LMI’s invoice.
Additional License Fee. Additional License Fee. In the event that Licensee exercises an option to include up to three (3) additional Licensed Products under the Collaboration Agreement, in partial consideration thereof, Licensee shall pay to Pieris a non-creditable, non-refundable upfront fee in the amount of [***] following receipt of the corresponding invoice from Pieris after the Effective Date.
Additional License Fee. Licensee will also pay to Licensor, as additional license fee, within ten (10) days after the date of mailing or personal delivery of statements therefor, all costs and expenses paid or incurred by Licensor and required to be paid by Licensee under any provision of this License Agreement. If Licensee shall become delinquent in the payment of its license fee or other payments required hereunder to be made by Licensee to Licensor, Licensee will also pay to Licensor as an additional license fee, interest thereon from the respective due dates thereof until fully paid at the rate of 12% per year.

Additional License Fee. As consideration for the license granted to COMPANY with respect to the 2017 IDF-Related Patents, COMPANY shall pay LICENSOR a license fee in the amount of fifteen thousand ($15,000) Dollars within thirty (30) days of the Third Amendment Effective Date.
Additional License Fee. The Contractor shall indicate in the technical proposal how many licenses will be provided as part of the base ATMS system and whether the license agreement is site-based or seat-based. A minimum of licenses for six (6) local access workstations shall be provided under this contract. The Contractor shall document in the technical proposal the cost of each subsequent license that is not provided as part of the initial system. Additional License Fee shall be measured by unit price The contract unit price paid for Additional License Fee for shall include full compensation for furnishing all labor, equipment, tools, materials, incidentals, preparation required and for doing all the work involved in furnishing additional license to operate the ATMS local access workstation as described herein, as specified in the Standard Specifications, these Technical Provisions and as directed by the Engineer and no additional compensation will be allowed there for.
Additional License Fee. An additional license fee of Twenty Million (20,000,000) Japanese Yen is payable to Turbodyne upon decision by IHI to enter into mass production and delivery to IHI by Turbodyne of complete, design, engineering drawings, specifications and parts lists.
1) Up to first 200,000 units sold aggregately by IHI and its sub-licensees per calendar year, a royalty of three percent (3%) of selling price is payable quarterly for the licensed components computed as 3% X number of units per quarter X (sales price of motor assisted turbocharger less price of conventional turbocharger). It is understood by the parties that the bracketed term above is made so as to represent the difference of values between the motor assisted turbocharger and the conventional turbocharger.
2) Over 200,000 units sold aggregately by IHI its sub-licensees per calendar year the royalty for any units will be reduced to 1% of selling price of each unit, payable quarterly computed as 1% X number of units over 200,000 per year X (sales price of motor assisted turbocharger less price of conventional turbocharger).
3) It is also agreed by the parties that IHI may renegotiate the royalty rates set forth above with Turbodyne when IHI has made extensive improvements of its own to its motor assisted turbochargers and the rate of IHI's dependence on Turbodyne's original technology in relation to its motor assisted turbochargers has, in the opinion of IHI, become smaller.
4) The currency for all royalty payments shall be Japanese Yen and the exchange rate shall be the official exchange rate published by the Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi at the date of computation of royalties.
5) All payments of license fees and royalties under articles 5,6, and 7 shall be made by bank-to-bank cable transfer to the designated account of
