Additional Medical Coverage. The Company Agrees to supplement the Executive’s Health Insurance coverage in order to provide extended health protection and benefits for the duration of the Executive’s absence from the Executive’s country of residence.

Additional Medical Coverage. The Company Agrees to supplement the Management Consultant’s Health Insurance coverage in order to provide extended health protection and benefits for the duration of the Management Consultant’s absence from the Management Consultant’s country of residence.
Additional Medical Coverage. A. The Borough will cover the cost of health benefits as provided in Article VII, Section 1, above, excluding prescription coverage, for any member of the bargaining unit and his dependents providing the member retires under provisions of the Police and Firemen’s Retirement System of the State of New Jersey. Such coverage will cease if said member becomes eligible for Medicare/Medicaid or shall be offered the paid equivalent hospitalization coverage by a future employer. B. The Borough shall offer a prescription plan as part of its health benefits package as described in Article VII, Section 1. C. The Borough shall offer an employee-paid dental plan as part of its health benefits package as described in Article VII, Section 1. Section 2. The Borough shall pay for a complete physical examination for each Officer annually. The tests administered shall include CBC, SMALL, complete urinalysis, resting EKG, chest x-ray, and Doctor’s Office physical.

  • Medical Coverage The Executive shall be entitled to such continuation of health care coverage as is required under, and in accordance with, applicable law or otherwise provided in accordance with the Company’s policies. The Executive shall be notified in writing of the Executive’s rights to continue such coverage after the termination of the Executive’s employment pursuant to this Section 3(d)(iv), provided that the Executive timely complies with the conditions to continue such coverage. The Executive understands and acknowledges that the Executive is responsible to make all payments required for any such continued health care coverage that the Executive may choose to receive.

  • Additional Coverage To the extent that insurance coverage provided by Consultant maintains higher limits than the minimums appearing in Exhibit B, City requires and shall be entitled to coverage for higher limits maintained.

For faculty member dental coverage, the Employer contributes an amount equal to the lesser of ninety percent (90%) of the faculty member premium of the State Dental Plan, or the actual faculty member premium of the dental plan chosen by the faculty member. However, for calendar years beginning January 1, 2006, and January 1, 2007, the minimum employee contribution shall be five dollars ($5.00) per month.

  • Medical and Dental Coverage The County and Union agree that this Memorandum of Understanding shall be reopened at the County's request to meet and confer to discuss and mutually agree upon changes related to the Medical and Dental Plans, benefits, and contribution rates.

  • General Coverages All of Tenant’s Agents shall carry worker’s compensation insurance covering all of their respective employees, and shall also carry public liability insurance, including property damage, all with limits, in form and with companies as are required to be carried by Tenant as set forth in the Lease.
