Additional Pay. a. Whenever a staff member is allowed additional pay on a daily or time-clock basis, the hours or days worked should be turned in to the staff members immediate supervisor, who, in turn, will forward those hours on his/her Supplemental Pay Report to the Business Administrator to be included in the Supplemental Payroll.
