Additional Student Responsibilities. Unless otherwise instructed, the device is intended for use for school activities every day. In addition to everything mentioned in the Student and Family Handbook, Students responsibilities, and obligations are: ● Students will have the device fully charged for use during each school day. ● Students will store and transport the device in a safe environment. ● Students will not leave their device unattended nor share their device. ● Students will not use the device, in-person nor online, to disrupt the educational process, nor endanger the safety of themselves or others. ● Students will not use the device, in-person nor online, to invade the rights and privacy of others nor engage in illegal or prohibited conduct of any kind. ● Students will not modify or replace the software, applications, or operating system on the device. ● Students will not write on, draw on, apply stickers/labels, or otherwise physically alter the device. ● Students will not remove any identification stickers from the device applied by SSCPS or the vendor of the device. Privacy: The device provided is SSCPS property; therefore, any SSCPS employee may examine the device and search their contents at any time for any reason. Neither students nor parents/guardians have any right to privacy of any data saved on the device, or any online resources offered or used by SSCPS. Administration may involve law enforcement if it is possible the device may have been used for any illegal purpose.
Additional Student Responsibilities. SOCCCD shall assure that Students understand and comply with the following: (i) Students shall arrange and pay for all of their own expenses, including transportation; (ii) Students shall report to the Agency on time and shall immediately contact Agency when they are absent when scheduled; (iii) Students shall act in a professional manner and dress appropriately; (iv) Be respectful to employees and staff, as well as the children enrolled in the Agency; Student(v) Refrain from eating and drinking in the classroom, as well as when performing Fieldwork/Observation activities; (vi) Follow course procedures for curriculum approval, implementation, and evaluation; (vii) Provide a valid government-issued photo ID or Saddleback/Irvine Valley College Student ID, the course syllabus, and course assignment to verify enrollment; and (viii) Adhere to the policies of the Agency regarding photographing children.

Functionality Issues, Damage, or Loss of Chromebook: Any damage or loss related to the Chromebook must be reported to an SSCPS employee immediately. The device must be returned to an SSCPS employee immediately. Do not attempt to repair the Chromebook yourself. Do not bring it to be repaired. If available, a short term replacement Chromebook may be provided until a long term solution is determined. Fees for repairs of the damaged Chromebook or for lost a Chromebook will be determined on a case-by-case basis. The decision to assess a charge, as well as the amount of any charge, is at the sole discretion of the SSCPS Administration, but will NOT be greater than the full replacement value of the Chromebook.   • Student Responsibilities The Student Agrees to:

  • Client Responsibilities You are responsible for (a) assessing each participants’ suitability for the Training, (b) enrollment in the appropriate course(s) and (c) your participants’ attendance at scheduled courses.

  • Joint Responsibilities 2.1.1 University and Affiliate each will identify, and notify each other of, a person responsible for serving as its liaison during the course of this affiliation. The appointment of liaisons shall be subject to mutual approval of the parties.

  • Client Responsibility For clarity, the parties agree that in reviewing the documents referred to in clause (b) above, Patheon’s role will be limited to verifying the accuracy of the description of the work undertaken or to be undertaken by Patheon. Subject to the foregoing, Patheon will not assume any responsibility for the accuracy of any application for receipt of an approval by a Regulatory Authority. The Client is solely responsible for the preparation and filing of the application for approval by the Regulatory Authority and any relevant costs will be borne by the Client.

  • Management Responsibilities The exclusive representative recognizes the right and obligation of the School Board to efficiently manage and conduct the operation of the School District within its legal limitations and with its primary obligation to provide educational opportunity for the students of the School District.

  • Joint Responsibility If the Seller determines that the Interface Problem is attributable partially to the design of a Warranted Part and partially to the design of any Supplier Part, the Seller will, if so requested by the Buyer, seek a solution to the Interface Problem through cooperative efforts of the Seller and any Supplier involved. The Seller will promptly advise the Buyer of such corrective action as may be proposed by the Seller and any such Supplier. Such proposal will be consistent with any then existing obligations of the Seller hereunder and of any such Supplier towards the Buyer. Such corrective action, unless reasonably rejected by the Buyer, will constitute full satisfaction of any claim the Buyer may have against either the Seller or any such Supplier with respect to such Interface Problem.

  • Resident Responsibilities The Resident agrees to pay all fees specified, to observe all rules and regulations of the University of Connecticut and to abide by the Responsibilities of Community Life: The Student Code, this contract and any addendum, as well as other University publications/policies. Residents assume total responsibility for their room/suite/apartment/house and for the behavior and activities which occur within all assigned living areas. Applicants and/or residents cannot exchange money or favors for a room assignment. Failure to fulfill the terms of the above may lead to termination of this contract, removal from on-campus housing, and a community standards process resulting in a sanction, including but not limited to expulsion.

  • Payment Responsibility The payment obligations of each Participating Manufacturer pursuant to this Agreement shall be the several responsibility only of that Participating Manufacturer. The payment obligations of a Participating Manufacturer shall not be the obligation or responsibility of any Affiliate of such Participating Manufacturer. The payment obligations of a Participating Manufacturer shall not be the obligation or responsibility of any other Participating Manufacturer. Provided, however, that no provision of this Agreement shall waive or excuse liability under any state or federal fraudulent conveyance or fraudulent transfer law. Any Participating Manufacturer whose Market Share (or Relative Market Share) in any given year equals zero shall have no payment obligations under this Agreement in the succeeding year.

  • Management Responsibility No Limited Partner, as such, shall take part in the management of the business or transact any business for the Partnership.
