Additional Support Fees. If Customer uses Capita’s service desk for general advice regarding the use of the Product(s), Capita reserves the right to treat this outside the scope of the Support Services, and to charge Customer additional fees. Such services shall be deemed to be Professional Services and shall be subject to Professional Services Terms and the Professional Service section in the applicable Product Order. Customer will be informed before any such additional fees are incurred.

Additional Support Fees. Framework may charge Agency an additional fee for technical support that exceeds four (4) hours in a calendar month at Framework’s then-current rate. Framework will invoice Agency for all such additional fees. The invoices shall be due and payable within thirty (30) days of the date of invoice. Framework may deduct unpaid overdue amounts from the payment of Counseling Fees to Agency.

  • Support Fees Medical Practice shall be eligible to receive either Basic Support or Premium Support (the “Support Options”) based on the Support Option listed on Schedule “A” to the License Agreement. Medical Practice shall pay Modernizing Medicine the monthly fee specified on Schedule “A” of the License Agreement for either Basic Support (the “Basic Support Fee”) or Premium Support (the “Premium Support Fee” and together with the Basic Support Fee, the “Support Fees”) based on the Support Option that Medical Practice has selected. Medical Practice may elect to change the Support Option it has selected by providing at least ten (10) days prior written notice to Modernizing Medicine of such change, which change shall become effective at the commencement of the next applicable Renewal Term, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Modernizing Medicine.

  • Technical Support State Street will provide technical support to assist the Fund in using the System and the Data Access Services. The total amount of technical support provided by State Street shall not exceed 10 resource days per year. State Street shall provide such additional technical support as is expressly set forth in the fee schedule in effect from time to time between the parties (the “Fee Schedule”). Technical support, including during installation and testing, is subject to the fees and other terms set forth in the Fee Schedule.
