Additional Vacation for. Shiftworkers Employees who worked a minimum of seventy-five (75) twelve (12) hour shifts in the previous calendar year will be eligible for additional vacation credits to compensate them for the time they spend at work at shift exchange time. The extra vacation will be forty (40) hours.
