Additional Vacation Scheduling. The Company shall provide application forms for employees to submit a written request for additional vacation entitlement. a) Where this is a conflict between two (2) or more employees, additional vacation scheduling shall be determined by seniority provided the application is submitted in writing not less than ninety (90) calendar days prior to the commencement of the additonal vacation period. Supervisors shall reply in writing within five (5) working days inside the ninety (90) calendar day window. b) Employees to provide the Company five (5) working days notice for vacation request of four (4) days or less. Supervisor shall respond in writing within five (5) working days.
