Adherence to Laws. At all times during the performance of this Agreement, the Parties shall strictly adhere to all applicable federal and state laws, rules, and regulations that have been or may hereafter be established, including, but not limited to state and federal laws respecting discrimination and unfair employment practices.

Adherence to Laws. For the duration of the subsidy, the Employer shall comply with all federal, provincial, territorial, municipal and other applicable laws governing the Employer including but not limited to, statutes, regulations, by-laws, rules, ordinances and decrees. This includes legal requirements and regulations relating to environmental protection and the successful implementation of and adherence to any mitigation measures, monitoring or follow-up programs, which may be prescribed by the Minister or by other federal, provincial, territorial, municipal bodies.
Adherence to Laws. The respondent shall comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, including, but not limited to HIPPA, the Florida Worker’s Compensation Act and all Federal and State tax laws. Because the bidder will be acting as an independent contractor, the City assumes no responsibility for the respondent’s actions. The respondent also agrees to comply with all State and Federal laws with regard to the Equal Employment Opportunity Act.
Adherence to Laws. The undersigned company will abide by the laws in effect and other legal requirements of the countries where it is in business. For countries that have a weak institutional framework, the company will carefully examine what good company practices from their home country should be applied to enable supportive, responsible company management.
Adherence to Laws. Licensee will at all times perform its obligations under this Agreement in strict accordance with all applicable laws and regulations in the Territories and the highest commercial standards. Licensee will also comply with the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and all United States export control laws, rules and regulations.

Adherence to Laws. Concessionaire shall abide by all laws governing the City of Albany and the State of Oregon while on City property. Violation of the law will result in termination of this agreement and possible removal from the property.

ARETH shall adhere to federal, state, and local laws, rules, regulations, and ordinances applicable to performance of the Services hereunder including, without limitation, all applicable provisions of federal and state law relating to equal employment opportunity and non-discrimination.
Adherence to Laws. 6.1 The Consultant undertakes that in carrying out his/her duties and responsibilities under this Agreement, he/she will not undertake any activity which either (i) is illegal under any laws or regulations in effect in either the Arab Republic of Egypt or any other country in which the AUC has a business interest or violates the AUC’s internal policiesو including but not limited to, “Drug and Alcohol-Free Workplace Policy”; or (ii) would have the effect of causing the AUC to be in violation of any laws or regulations in effect in either the Arab Republic of Egypt or any other country in which the AUC has a business interest.
6.2 The Consultant acknowledges that his/her signature on this Agreement does not constitute a violation to any applicable laws or regulations into force in the Arab Republic of Egypt, or any valid contractual obligation in which the Service Provider is a party.
6.3 Failure to comply with any of the sub-articles of Article 6 constitutes a material breach to this Agreement.
