The Lessor shall use adhesives and sealants with no formaldehyde or heavy metals.

A. System to include: 1. Engineering of main piping, branch line piping, hangers, seismic bracing and drops to below the ceiling with sprinkler heads and connection to water supply. 2. Do not install fire-suppression systems that contain ozone-depleting substances (CFCs, HCFCs or halons).

The following appliances are prohibited: toaster ovens, microwave ovens larger than 800 xxxxx, refrigerators larger than 4.2 cubic feet, gas grills, steamers and any open-flame cooking device or heating unit. Once UC has been installed, NewPhone may request channel activation on a channelized facility and BellSouth shall connect the requested facilities via COCIs. The COCI must be compatible with the lower capacity facility and ordered with the lower capacity facility.
