Wood Flooring. When wood flooring on elevator platforms, including stage lifts, organ consoles and orchestra elevators, is to be installed in the field the work shall be done by Elevator Constructors.
Wood Flooring. Proper care must be taken to ensure that wood flooring is protected from damage caused by furniture and pets. Landlord requires that all furniture placed in areas with wood flooring have new wood floor protective pads adhered to the parts of the furniture that will be in contact with the floor. It is also recommended that area rugs be used on wood flooring in high traffic areas.
