Common use of Adjudicating Committee’s Report Clause in Contracts

Adjudicating Committee’s Report. (a) The Adjudicating Committee’s written report of its determination shall be sent to the Xxxx of the Faculty, setting forth a decision to recommend one of tenure and promotion, tenure without promotion, delay or rejection, or in cases where the candidate already has tenure, promotion or delay with clear and detailed reasons for the decision.
