The Employer’s annual maximum contribution for such 32 coverage shall be in effect during the academic year only, subject to the paragraph 33 entitled “Employer Reserved Rights” above. 34 Employees classified as Adjunct Instructor 3 who are assigned a course load of fifteen 35 (15) or more credit hours or twenty-three (23) or more contact hours per semester are 36 eligible to participate in the health, dental and optical coverage offered by the Employer 37 to this bargaining unit, pursuant to the terms and conditions established by the 1 Employer. The Employer’s annual maximum contribution for such coverage shall be in 2 effect during the employee’s term of appointment (including summer if a calendar year 3 or multi-year appointment), subject to the paragraph entitled “Employer Reserved 5 The Employer will contribute up to a maximum annual amount towards the health 6 insurance premiums for employees classified as Adjunct Instructor 3 as listed in the 7 table below. The employee is responsible for paying the balance of the premiums 8 through payroll deductions. In the event any actual premium falls below the listed 9 maximums, the maximum amount listed shall be revised downward to the appropriate 10 amount and then increased as described hereinafter. 11 In the event the state or federal legislature adopts health care provisions that would 12 result in lower Employer cost and/or higher employee contributions than the amounts 13 agreed upon herein, the amounts in the table and/or the employee contributions will be 14 revised accordingly.

  • Instructor Associated with the position of Instructor is a nominal workload of 195 hours per half-credit course. This nominal workload is normally made up of scheduled contact time with students and non-classroom time. The non-classroom time is made up of preparation of lectures, student consultation, marking or grading and course administration, including grade appeals and cases of academic dishonesty. In the case of a two-hour lecture per week, or the equivalent of a two-hour lecture per week, the incumbent shall also be responsible for the first hour of seminar in each course. Upon request by an Instructor, the Employer and the Instructor will review the workload for the course to ensure that assigned duties can be completed within the assigned workload of 195 nominal hours per half credit course (see Article

  • Supply Chain Security Supplier shall implement and maintain a written security program that consists of physical and procedural controls: to (a) prevent unauthorized access to Supplier’s facilities; (b) prevent finished goods or equipment from being tampered with, stolen or damaged prior to Supplier’s delivery in accordance with the terms of this Order; and (c) detect when malicious activity has occurred (the “Supply Chain Security Program”). Supplier’s Supply Chain Security Program shall align to the World Customs Organization’s SAFE Framework of Standards to Secure and Facilitate Global Trade (“SAFE Framework”) or other global security programs recognized by the World Customs Organization. Supplier shall flow down and verify the requirements of its Supply Chain Security Program to its sub-tier suppliers, if applicable. Supplier shall test its Supply Chain Security Program at least annually or whenever there are material changes in Supplier’s operations, risks or business practices. Upon Buyer’s written and reasonable request, Supplier shall provide Buyer with: (i) a copy of Supplier’s Supply Chain Security Program; (ii) an executive summary of test results and a report of corrective actions (including the timing for implementation) to be taken to remedy any deficiencies identified by such testing; and (iii) any audit results or findings resulting from Supplier’s periodic audit or testing of its sub-tier suppliers’ security programs.
