Any employee in the bargaining unit who works an average of thirty fifteen (3015) minutes or more per day in excess of his/her regular part-time assignment for a period of twentytwenty (20) consecutive working days (with the knowledge of the immediate supervisor) or more shall have his/her regular assignment adjusted upward to reflect the longer hours, effective with the next pay period.‌
