Members of the bargaining unit who work a minimum of thirty (30) minutes a day in excess of their part-time assignment for a period of twenty (20) consecutive working days or more shall have their basic assignment changed to reflect the longer hours in order to acquire fringe benefits on a properly prorated basis.
