Adjustment of Assigned Time. Employees who work thirty (30) minutes or more 4 per day in excess of his/her regular part-time assignment for a period of twenty (20) consecutive 5 working days or more shall have his/her basic assignment changed to reflect the longer hours in 6 order to acquire fringe benefits on a properly prorated basis for the duration of the assignment.
