Adjustment of Assigned Time. 9.3.1 Any employee who works an average of thirty (30) minutes or more per day in excess of his/her regular part-time assignment for a period of twenty (20) working days or more shall have his/her basic assignment changed to reflect the longer hours in order to acquire fringe benefits on a properly prorated basis.
