Common use of Adjustment of Assigned Time Clause in Contracts

Adjustment of Assigned Time. Any employee who works thirty minutes or more per day in excess of his/her regular part-time assignment for a period of twenty consecutive working days or more shall have his/her regular assignment adjusted upward to reflect the longer hours, effective with the next pay period.
