Common use of Adjustment of Assigned Time Clause in Contracts

Adjustment of Assigned Time. Any part-time employee who is assigned to work an average of thirty (30) minutes more per day in excess of his/her regular assignment for a period of twenty (20) consecutive working days or more shall have his/her regular assignment adjusted upward to reflect the longer hours, effective with the next pay period.
