Common use of Adjustment of Overtime Hours Clause in Contracts

Adjustment of Overtime Hours. If the employee has not worked thirty-two (32) hours at Show Rate in a single week, hours shall be deducted from Overtime hours and added to Show Rate hours until thirty-two (32) hours have been reached. Only Overtime hours are subject to adjustment.
