Common use of Administrative Transfer Clause in Contracts

Administrative Transfer. A Member who is to be administratively transferred by the Board shall be consulted at least five (5) days prior to the scheduled date of transfer. Such consultation shall be between the Member and the Human Resources Department or the appropriate Superintendent. A Member shall have a Union representative present at such meeting. The President of the Bargaining Unit shall be advised by the Board, in advance of the meeting.

Final notification of transfer shall be made to the Member by the BoardHuman Resources Staffing Department or the appropriate Superintendent, in advance writing, prior to the scheduled date of the meetingtransfer.
