ADO and Workers’ Compensation. 3.7.6.1. Any ADO time rostered to be worked whilst on leave to claim workers compensation must be credited to the employee's ADO balance. Provided that where the employee is subsequently absent on leave claiming workers’ compensation during any agreed ADO days after being credited with ADO hours, the employee must be deemed to have taken those ADO days. 3.7.6.2. Where an employee has actually worked ADO hours and is subsequently absent on workers' compensation leave during any ADO days, the employee may take accumulated ADO hours at a time mutually convenient to the employee and the principal. 3.7.6.3. Claims sent to WorkCover Queensland must only reflect the Ordinary Hours that the employee was rostered to work during any absence on leave to claim workers compensation.

No relief will be available in such circumstances. ADO and Workers’ Compensation. 1) ADO accrual whilst on Workers Compensation or return to work plans shall be credited to the cleaner's ADO balance. Where a cleaner is absent on Workers Compensation or return to work plans during ADO, as per clause 4.6.3, the time credited to ADO for the Workers Compensation or return to work plan absences, shall be deemed as used. 2) Where a cleaner has an ADO balance prior to Workers Compensation or return to work plans, periods of ADO, as per clause 4.6.3, shall not exhaust such cleaners ADO balance. Such ADO balance may be exhausted where a cleaner does not have accrued ADO due to Workers Compensation or return to work plans. Where there is a balance of accumulated ADO hours, a cleaner shall be entitled to utilise these hours at a time mutually convenient to the Principal /Site Manager and the cleaner.

  • Coordination with Workers' Compensation When an employee has incurred an on-the- job injury or an on-the-job disability and has filed a claim for workers' compensation, medical costs connected with the injury or disability shall be paid by the employee's health plan, pursuant to M.S. 176.191, Subdivision 3.
