Adult and Child’s Responsibility for Adult and Child’s Personnel. Adult and Child is solely responsible for selecting, engaging, and supervising all of the Adult and Child’s Personnel who perform any of the Adult and Child’s Services at any of the School Buildings and is solely responsible for paying all salaries, wages, benefits, travel and travel-related costs, workers’ compensation, disability, illness or sickness benefits, social security obligations, employment taxes, and other employee-related benefits or obligations, as applicable, of all Adult and Child’s Personnel.
