Common use of Advance Notice of Overtime Requirements Clause in Contracts

Advance Notice of Overtime Requirements. An Employee who is required to work overtime which does not immediately follow the Employee's regular shift shall be given not less than four (4) hours' prior notice. If such notice is not given, the provisions of clause 23.4 shall apply. A meal period shall not be considered as breaking the continuity of such overtime.
