Common use of Advance Notification Clause in Contracts

Advance Notification. The Medical Center shall forward to the Association plan changes and insurance amendments at least ninety (90) days prior to implementation, and rate changes at least sixty (60) days prior to implementation. The Medical Center will provide notice of the time frame for open enrollment at least two (2) weeks prior to the commencement thereof, and will make available accurate information regarding covered benefits at the time of open enrollment.
