Common use of Advanced Degree Stipends Clause in Contracts

Advanced Degree Stipends. Teachers with an earned Master’s Degree will be paid an additional $1,500.00 per year. Teachers with an earned Doctor's Degree will be paid an additional $2,500.00 per year. The cumulative amount is $4,000.00. Teachers with a bilingual credential shall be paid an additional $2,000.00 per year. A transcript or other evidence satisfactory to the District shall be on file prior to the commencement of the school term to receive this amount(s).
