Advanced Hire Criteria. Newly employed Clinical Laboratory Scientist, Senior Clinical Laboratory Scientist, and Clinical Laboratory Scientist Supervisor shall receive one (1) year tenure credit for salary purposes only for every two (2) years of previous experience within their respective classification within the last ten (10) years prior to the date of employment. For the purpose of this Section, any previous part-time experience, which has been on a basis of twenty (20) hours per week or more, shall be considered as if it were full-time experience.
