Requests for Transfer (Five. (5) Day Posting) Requests for transfers to other locations will be submitted through the electronic bidding system. Such requestor shall be given preference over outside applicants in filling any vacancy for which the requestor is qualified. The Employer will provide to the Union in accordance with mutually agreed procedures, copies of requests for transfer at the time they are processed, upon request. Employees who are laid off and submit transfer requests as described above may extend such transfer requests for an additional one hundred eighty (180) days by notifying the Personnel Director at each facility where a transfer request was submitted.

  • Request for Transfer Unless the paraeducator and both principals agree, no transfers shall be allowed during a period spanning from 14 calendar days before the first contract work day until after the 20th contract work day. A transfer will not be considered unless the paraeducator is qualified for such vacancy. All transfers shall be initiated by the receiving principal, with copies to the releasing principal or immediate supervisor and the Human Resource Services office. The principal, when making his/her decision, shall consider the following: seniority, educational qualifications, expertise and ability, prior job experience, performance evaluations, and recommendations of previous supervisors. The transfer of the paraeducator will be subject to Board approval.

  • DATA FOR CALCULATIONS The initial calculations for any payments owing under this Agreement shall be based upon the valuations placed upon the Qualified Property by the Appraisal District in its annual certified appraisal roll submitted to the District pursuant to § 26.01 of the TEXAS TAX CODE in or about July of each year of this Agreement. The certified appraisal roll data shall form the basis from which any and all amounts due under this Agreement are calculated, and the data utilized by the Consultant will be adjusted as necessary to reflect any subsequent adjustments by the Appraisal District to the District’s appraisal roll. Any estimates used by the Consultant to make calculations as required by this Agreement shall be based on the best and most current information available.
