Common use of Advertising on the Site Clause in Contracts

Advertising on the Site. The Concessionaire may undertake or permit any form of commercial advertising, display or hoarding at any place on the Site or any structure created by the Concessionaire, provided it complies with the NMC’s Outdoor Policy and shall be subject to applicable laws and applicable permits. No Advertisement shall be permitted on the Metro Rail pillars/infrastructure which is located adjacent to the project site,
